Ideal for taming the voracious appetite of raw, 4K, large format, and VR workflows, the OWC ThunderBay Flex 8 158TB 8-Bay RAID Array arrives preset with RAID 5 speed and protection. The ThunderBay Flex 8 sports eight drive bays that support a mix of SATA or SAS drives. Additionally, the top four bays can also support U.2 drives. One of these bays comes with a U.2 adapter housing four 8TB NVMe SSDs, while the other seven drive bays hold 18TB HDDs for a total raw capacity of 158TB.
